How long will it take for my service to be done?

For instance, we will take three (3) working days to complete a service request. However, this applies if there is no other problem/issue occurs within the servicing period.
The following are our servicing period:
1. Software based services - minimum one (1) and up to three (3) working days depending on the complexity of the service requested
2. Hardware based services - minimum three (3) to four (4) working days depending on the service congestion at the moment of service request received.
3. Hardware replacement - minimum three (3) to seven (7) working days depending on the stock availability.
4. Mainboard related services - minimum one (1) week to four (4) weeks.
Even though it seems like a long waiting time, we put our efforts to make it as soon as possible to make things done.
